How to connect YouTube, Instagram and TikTok?
To connect your social media accounts to BigMotion, just follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your BigMotion account at https://app.bigmotion.ai.
- Go to the Account section.
- Look for the Social Media Connections tab.
- Click on Connect next to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram — follow the prompts to authorize each platform.
When will videos be posted to social media accounts?
Videos are auto-posted to social media accounts based on a consistent schedule:
- Basic plan: One video is generated and auto-posted every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 12 AM UTC.
- Other plans: Videos go live either once daily (30 videos) or twice daily (60 videos), all at 2 PM UTC.
How to delete the video from auto-posting?
It’s not possible to remove a separate video from auto-posting. Though you can manually delete it from your socials, or disable the auto-posting feature in the app.
Videos are not auto-posting
Make sure your social media accounts are correctly connected to BigMotion. You can check this by visiting Account > Social Media Connections. If they’re not linked, go ahead and connect them.
Double-check that the auto-publish feature is turned on for your current series: head over to Your Videos > Series > Settings > Account. If it’s off, just turn it on and pick the social media platforms you’d like to post to.
