Series videos not generating or failed.

Videos are not auto-posting.

  1. Make sure your social media accounts are correctly connected to BigMotion. You can check this by visiting Account > Social Media Connections. If they’re not linked, go ahead and connect them.
  2. Double-check that the auto-publish feature is turned on for your current series: head over to Your Videos > Series > Settings > Account. If it’s off, just turn it on and pick the social media platforms you’d like to post to.
How to connect YouTube, Instagram and TikTok?

  1. Log in to your BigMotion account at https://app.bigmotion.ai.
  2. Go to the Account section.
  3. Look for the Social Media Connections tab.
  4. Click on Connect next to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram — follow the prompts to authorize each platform.

Once connected, you can add them to your series settings so your videos auto-post across all platforms!

Quick note: We use the Ayrshare service to help with auto-posting, it’s secure and trusted by many organizations worldwide.

How to change the channel for auto-posting?

  • Go to the "Account" section.
  • Unlink the current channel first.
  • Clear the cookies of your browser to eliminate the old data.
  • After unlinking, you should see an option to add a new channel.
  • Link the new channel and save the changes.
How to delete the series?

Open a Series you want to delete and click "Archive".

How to delete the video from auto-posting?

It’s not possible to remove a separate video from auto-posting. Though you can manually delete it from your socials.

How to change the topic of the series to something else?

Just archive the current series, create a new one with your preferred topic, and you’re all set. Your next video will be ready the day after.

Is there a way to review the videos before they’re published?

While we can’t show you all the videos in the series ahead of time—since the content is fully automated—we do let you preview the next video in your Content Calendar.

And if your social accounts aren’t connected yet, you’ll have the chance to preview and make any tweaks to your video before sharing it on social media.

When will my videos be posted to my social media accounts?

Videos are posted to social media accounts based on a consistent schedule:

Starter pack ($19 for 12 videos): One video is generated and auto-posted every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 12 AM UTC.

Other tiers: Videos go live either once daily ($39 for 30 videos) or twice daily ($69 for 60 videos), all at 2 PM UTC.
