If you have purchased the AI Shorts, for example, then in order to fully use Image to Video functionality you would need to buy an additional plan for Image to Video.

‍It means that it is allowed to set up 3 series. It may consist of 12/30/60 videos in a month as per plan.

‍It means that 1 series is set up out of 3. It’s possible to set 2 more series.
