Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. By signing up, you agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will end accordingly.
You need to make sure you logging in with the same email ID you used for payment. Otherwise, reach out for help.

- Make sure you're logging in with the same email address you used for your payment. You can check this in the Account section of the app.
- Once you create a series, it’s automatically scheduled for video production and will be posted according to your chosen plan—whether that’s 3 times a week, once a day, or twice a day. If you’d like to create another series, you’ll need to upgrade your plan.
- You might be trying to access features that require a higher-tier or separate plan. For example, services like Image to Video and Organic Ads are standalone options that need their own plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by visiting account settings or Billing Dashboard
One BigMotion account can be connected to just one social media account—whether it’s Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (but only one of each). If you have two YouTube channels and want to auto-post to both, you’ll need to set up two separate BigMotion accounts and link each channel to its respective account.
