Manage a Series

See your Series

Open Your Videos in the sidebar (on mobile, Your Series), or go to app.bigmotion.ai/series/videos. You’ll see:

• how many Series you’re using, for example “1/2 Series Active”,
• a Create New Series button,
• a card for each Series with its name, status (Active, On hold or Archived), the date of the next video, and how many videos it has made so far.

Click a Series to open its page. It has two tabs:

• Videos: every video of the Series. New videos appear here as they’re made.
• Calendar: when the upcoming videos are planned, in your local time, plus your connected social accounts.

At the top of the Series page are two buttons: Settings and Archive.

Change settings

1. Open the Series.
2. Press Settings. The “Your series settings” window opens with three tabs.
3. Make your changes.
4. Press Save changes.

General

• Series name.
• Generation language: the language of new videos.
• Where to publish?: YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels. YouTube has a privacy choice (Public, Unlisted or Private). TikTok has its own options, such as who can view the videos. A platform you haven’t connected yet sends you to connect it first. See Auto-posting.
• Include call to action: when on, a call to action based on the video’s content is added to the final frames.

Voice and Music

• Voice: the narrator. You can search, filter by language and preview.
• Music: a background track, or No music.

Captions

• Pick a caption style, or turn captions off.

Changes apply to videos made after you save. Videos that are already finished stay as they are. To change one finished video’s captions or pictures, see Your videos.

What you can’t change

Animation and video duration are fixed when the Series is created. The settings also don’t include the niche or the visual style. To try a different idea, archive the Series and create a new one.

On hold

There’s no pause button. A Series goes On hold automatically when your plan isn’t active, for example after it ended or a renewal payment failed. While on hold, scheduled videos stop and no new ones are made.

When your plan is active again, the Series comes back on its own the same day. An On hold Series still counts toward your Series.

Archive a Series

1. Open the Series.
2. Press Archive and confirm.

After that:

• no new videos are made, and scheduled ones are cancelled,
• every video already made stays available to watch and download,
• the Series no longer counts toward your plan, so you can start a new one.

An archived Series can’t be restarted. You’ll find archived Series at app.bigmotion.ai/series/archived.

Need more Series?

When all your Series are in use, you can archive one, buy an extra Series, or move to a bigger plan. You always see the price before you’re charged. See Plans and billing.

“Animation skipped”

If a Series uses animation and your Sparks run out, videos keep coming without animation and the Series page shows Animation skipped. Add Sparks to animate the next videos again. See Animation.
